A trading business will be long lasting when the incoming cash flow is sufficient to meet the outgoing cash flow needs of your business. In a highly competitive stationery writing industry, Aung Myittar is leading with quality goods production and also importing variety of student stationery and office stationery.

Aung Myittar is in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Our targeted customers are students from primary grade to graduates and office staffs. We distribute our quality writing products through regional wholesalers, market, retailers, and convenience store.

In the position of receivable collection, you will be reminding customers their upcoming invoices due date. You will represent the company to collect dues from shop owners. You will produce a credit rating reports for various shop owners based on their credibility response and based on their actual business cashflow.

Job Requirements

Main requirement:
-A person with a high integrity and a good communication skill.
-2 years above of using Microsoft Excel at workplace (plus).
-The habit of using a calendar planner and self-reminding tasks.
-Cold-calling experience to sell a product/service, request appointments, or ask for sponsorships.
-Willingly to use public transportation to go places, such as meeting customers in-person.
Knowledge & Skills
Essential
 Manage time effectively and work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 Team player willing and able to collaborate with associates at all levels
 Possess professionalism and integrity in dealings with peers and customers
 Be able to identify process improvement opportunities
 Motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
 Be able to understand the procedures, perform mathematical calculations and learn the process of legal action
 Some travel required.
 Ability to prioritize tasks and take quick actions based on importance/urgency.
 Possess good analytical and critical thinking.
 Able to assist team and management.

Education & Special Training
Essential
 Graduated: Bachelor's degree
 PC skills – Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email
 Documentation skills – able to write official letters, emails in simple English.
 Good typing speed in both English and Burmese (Myanmar Fonts)

Experience
Essential
 Min. 1 year experience in any business operation
 Prior collection experience preferred but not essential
