Job Area

You will be responsible to make order process, receiving, checking product quality and delivery ways to concerned outlets. You will be the one to communicate with concerned departments or suppliers to get production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials (dry and fresh) order to concerned departments or suppliers daily
• Order cleaning supply, packing materials and stationery by schedule
• Make reception process of delivered goods
• Check the holding stock and stock balance of raw materials weekly and propose to dept: head
• Collecting of vouchers and sending to HO Acc:
• Check the quality of raw materials delivered by concerned departments or suppliers
• Keep all raw materials in correct temperature and place
• Clean the keeping shelves, cold rooms, delivery baskets and receiving compounds
• Loading and unloading processes for delivery schedule

• Bachelor Degree or High School
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Good Communication and personal skills
• Keep your own neat and tidy (personal hygiene)
• Must be obey Company’s rules and regulations
