Incoming calls handlingo Warmly answer incoming calls at the centero Inquire about the purpose for the call and offer explanations when neededo Transfer the callers to the appropriate staff within WSE3. Support the sales team in preparing meetings with Education Consultantso Ensure sufficient replenishment of paper formso Collect information from prospect students visiting or calling the centero Arrange meetings and introduce prospects to the Education Consultants while respecting theground ruleso Enter the collected information in the information systemo Create system accounts for new prospect students and facilitate their transfer to the placementtest areao File forms used to collect the information from prospectsThe above elements are a snapshot of the duties and responsibilities of the role and are not intended to be anexhaustive list.
