A Good Opportunity for ..

• Receiving customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and explain about available services
• Answering incoming phone calls and Facebook inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
• Arranging daily appointment, calendar scheduling and follow up to customers
• Keeping reception area clean and tidy
• Taking record of daily information and prepare required documents professionally

Job Requirements

• Age between 20 – 25 years
• Education level – Graduated
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Internet, Email and Facebook
• Must have good communication skill and able to work as a team
• Must be proficient in preparing bill and taking payment
• Must be able to work on weekends
• Receptionist with experience in aesthetic clinic field is preferred

Working Schedule: 6 days per week (10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M), 1 Day-off per week
