A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- Receive guests to the hotel by greeting them warmly, and attending to their inquiries and also answer inquirers over the phone.
- Attend communication daily briefing in function, group arrival, VIP’s guest current status and update information including
policy & procedure.
- Responsible for room assignment of all arriving and special request, guest’s check-in and correct rate as well as to ensure
smooth operation of the registration.
- To escort guests to room upon check-in as well as given out hotel facilities to up sell our product also add a special personalized service to them.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- To check the room for VIP, Honeymooner and returning guest before arrival.
- Must follow the policies and procedures as laid down by Management.

Job Requirements

- Must have good English language skills, Chinese language skills
- At least 1 year with Front Office experience is required.
- Able to communicate in good English
- Pleasant appearance and personality
-Age between 18 yrs to 25 yrs old.
- Good personality and interpersonal skill.
- Good communication skill and positive attitude
