- Greet clients and complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave
- Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
- Answer questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and take messages or forward calls to the correct offices
- Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners' itineraries
- Prepare bills and take payments
- Deal with complaints or problems
- Enter customer data and send correspondence
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records

Job Requirements

- Any bachelor degree or related degree to Hospitality field
- 1 or 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in Hotel industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
