Supervision of all Front Office areas including Front Desk, PABX, Concierge, Lobby Bar, Executive Level, Transportation Service and Other travel services. Oversee the team to achieve high customers’ satisfaction through friendly and to ensure proficient service at the Front Office Operation. Oversee the smooth running of the Front Office Department on a day to day basis to achieve our goals set by management. Regular inspections of all new check-in rooms and guests sections to ensure quality standards are maintained and in good working condition. Ensure all check-ins/outs are efficient within required time frame. Ensures to use property management software that reservation forecasts, projections, lists, payment and reports are prepared and distributed as scheduled. Liaise with the Accounting Department for accounting (collection outstanding & other payments) and auditing related front office procedures, reports and operational problems and payments of commission. Promote positive attitude, friendliness, and helpfulness.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with hotel or hospitality service and understand well the front office sequence of work. Prefer for any graduate and good computer/ English skills. Able to work independently, friendly and to meet guest expectation levels, good problem-solving skills with the positive attitude, self-motivated and result driven individual, good organizational skills and excellent communication interpersonal skills.
