- Proper greetings and welcoming of guests upon arrival
- Register of guests information on reservation, address, credit card and data entry in the EASYFO system
- Handling of email, facsimiles and providing guests with information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
- Being familiar with arrival time of guest and departure time of guests each day
- Arrange birthday / honeymoon cards and cakes according to the guest information and registration upon arrival

- Any graduate
- Minimum (2) years experience with front office field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both Myanmar and English language
- Able to use office machines (printers, fax machines, photocopiers etc.)
