-ငွေပေးငွေထုတ်ရန်လာသော ကိစ္စရပ်များအား Finance Department နှင့်ချိတ်စပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
-ကုမ္ပဏီ နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော လုပ်ငန်းဆိုက်များ၊ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးဆိုက်များမှ မှာယူထားသော ပစ္စည်းများအား လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
-ကုမ္ပဏီများမှ BOD Level ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ထမ်းများလာရောက်သောအခါဧည့်ခံ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
-ပြင်ပလုပ်ငန်းများမှ ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ချိတ်စပ်ပေးရန်။
-ဝန်ထမ်းများဧ။်လုံခြုံရေးအား CCTV ဖြင့် အမြဲမပြတ်ကြည့်ရှု ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
-လျှပ်စစ်မီးပြတ်တောက်ချိန်တွင် ရုံးလျှပ်စစ်မီး ရရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
-လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပြဌာန်းချက်များအား ကောင်းမွန်စွာသိရှိနားလည်ရန်။
-အရေးပေါ်အခြေနေများအတွက်အမြဲသတိဝီရိယထားရှိရန်။
- ရုံးတွင်းသက်ဆိုင်သော သတင်းများ ပေါက်ကြားမှုမရှိအောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်။
