• Managing reception and telephoneAnswer incoming calls, take phone messages and other inquires positively and warmly.Transfer phone calls to the appropriate departments courteously and professionally.Greet Visitors and inform to concern department immediately and offer refreshments to visitors.Accept and distribute Fax messages to the appropriate departments.• Maintain office premisesCollect, maintain and replace Daily Newspaper and journals etc.Manage Meeting room bookings and assist the meeting requirements.Ensures office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.• Assist with administrative tasks includingArrange daily car transportation for Expatriates and local employees for business uses.Travel arrangement for Expatriates and local employees for business uses.Handle delivery issues with courier service for Important Documents, Parcel etc.Manage to keep the office premises clean, especially the reception area and meeting room.

Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor’s degree• Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years• High level of English Proficiency• Intermediate MS Office skills, E-mail, Internet• Ability to problem-solving and work without close supervision on routine tasks
