Job Requirements

Partner with clients to get clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs, shortlist prospective applicants and match them with vacancies at client companies, conduct interviews, perform the hiring process includes arranging written tests if necessary, file paperwork, arrange background checks, salary negotiations, follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.
Track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels, Conduct market analysis of workforce, competitors and clients, set up, monitor and maintain a database of potential candidates, document any phone calls, emails and other correspondence and set up well-designed pool of qualified applicants, make database easily retrievable at any time and keep and file report, build good relation with client companies.
Qualifications:
University Graduate
At least 2 years’ service in HR Recruiting Service
Core Competencies & skills:
Have knowledge of interview techniques; be good at reading people exceptional communicator and the great negotiator, pleasant personality, pay attention to details, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, proficient with social media platforms, and experience in recruiting process and should have knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
