You will be responsible to recruit for the operation staff in order to assign at City Mart Supermarket, Ocean Supercenter and Marketplace by city mart in timely. More finding the talented candidates who are suitable in the organization at the Supporting Unit as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Mainly responsible for in time recruitment for the outlets branches also the supporting unit with all required skills and knowledge candidates.

• Ensure that all job vacancy advertisement must be with all necessary information’s at the (Social Media, Job Agency, recruitment websites and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest.

• Also Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job descriptions.

• Screening and filtering the CVs and make first interview for concern position and after that send short listing to concern department head.

• Make sure that all employees have equal opportunities, to acknowledge their individual differences and uphold their rights and responsibilities as set out in law and by CMHL policies.

• Report and Contribute to management discussions about all recruitment and selection matters.

• Draw a plan and supervised the recruitment process in order to fulfill with in the targeted timeline and also find the sources intend to recruit skillful candidates.

• Carry out analysis of Exit Interview questionnaires to look at recruitment and retention issues and report to the Human Resources Director as appropriate.

• Participate the project duty assign as per management instructions and also accountability for final result come out.

• Proactively contribute fully to making the HR Team effective by striving to build positive relationships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from a recognized university

• Must have minimum 3 or 4 years at recruitment filed at Supervisory level

• Proficient in English

• Computer Literate, can be used Microsoft office thoroughly.
