We are looking for experienced recruiters and individuals with sales background with an interest in building asolid recruitment career to join our team in Q1 2020. We are keen to speak with highly motivated andambitious individuals with a minimum 3 years and up to 6 years’ successful industry experience within thefinancial services and IT sectors. You should possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong appreciation ofmarket dynamics, as well as maturity to work with senior clients and candidates.
You will be undertaking the role of a business development manager in B2B sales of our recruitmentservices. You will be responsible for all aspects of business development such as cold calling, meetingclients, conducting presentations, interviewing and understanding clients’ recruitment needs, buildingand maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, after sales service, etc. You will look at building and developing current sales channels, recruitment strategies and prioritisingthe different recruitment mediums. You will be reporting to Directors in Singapore.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of client meetings (structured, identifying requirements, valueadd service, etc) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems(CMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Burmese Ability to multi-task and work well across different business functions Recruitment experience within IT or Finance related market is a definite advantage
