We are looking for experienced recruiters and individuals with sales background with an interest in building a
solid recruitment career to join our team in Q1 2020. We are keen to speak with highly motivated and
ambitious individuals with a minimum 3 years and up to 6 years’ successful industry experience within the
financial services and IT sectors. You should possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong appreciation of
market dynamics, as well as maturity to work with senior clients and candidates.

 

 You will be undertaking the role of a business development manager in B2B sales of our recruitment
services. You will be responsible for all aspects of business development such as cold calling, meeting
clients, conducting presentations, interviewing and understanding clients’ recruitment needs, building
and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, after sales service, etc.
 You will look at building and developing current sales channels, recruitment strategies and prioritising
the different recruitment mediums.
 You will be reporting to Directors in Singapore.

Job Requirements

 Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
 Solid ability to conduct different types of client meetings (structured, identifying requirements, value
add service, etc)
 Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems
(CMS)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Burmese
 Ability to multi-task and work well across different business functions
 Recruitment experience within IT or Finance related market is a definite advantage
