A Good Opportunity for ..

• Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, telemarketing and cold calling.
• To create and maintain lasting relationship with new and existing clients through regular contacts and building an understanding of client’s recruitment strategies and requirements.
• Provide prompt and professional recruitment services by partnering clients in their recruitment activities and presentation of candidate’s profile.
• Source and select suitable candidates to match clients’ needs and requirements.
• Manage the client-candidate meeting process through interviews.

Job Requirements

• A degree in any related field.
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of recruitment service experience and demonstrated a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Those with relevant experience in recruitment industry is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills and able to conduct presentation and meeting with managers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English language.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining multiple projects/assignments.
• Possess initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
