Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers in person , via telephone calls and emails;
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• Gathering market and customer information;
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues;
• Manage both new business and repeat business with client

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (or) MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experiences at recruitment (B2B/B2C) in international companies.
• Knowledge in Recruitment
• Able to easily communicate with Managers, Owners
• Be able to develop strong customer relationships;
• Highly motivated, independent, resilient, confident and negotiation skills.
• Advanced level in English speaking and writing is a must
• Able to actively work towards agreed sales targets
