Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and process
• Design the selection matrix used in choosing optimum recruitment channel and source
• Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
• Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
• Collect and Record the applications, pre-screening and data records for all applications, shortlisting, interview appointment and contacting candidates
• Arrange the interview process and then offering process (negotiate the offered package and joining date) with the candidate
• Data entry for recruitment database
• Engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets
• Assist the introduction of new staff, inform to all department and coordinate the recruitment process with all department
• Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection or our brand and company
• Adherence to fair employment laws and practices
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant
• Train the section heads of HR to develop the employee of the leadership skills, analysis skills, planning skills, communication skills for improve their productivity
• Train the employee to improve their work performance to meet the standards

• Any Graduate
• Diploma in Human Resource Management (or) MBA
• Over 3 year experience in related field
• Strong in Manpower Planning, Recruiting & Sourcing Plan
• Effective Employees recruitment and selection process
• Good in communication Skill, Presentation skill & Coordination skills
• Must have experience in Job Fair Arrangement
• Fluent in English (4 skills) and Computer literate
