We are looking for a creative Recruitment Manager. You have a strong work ethic and use an enthusiastic approach to find qualified candidates for companies. Recruiting managers will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
• Have knowledge of international recruitment system include internal and external hiring process.
• Experiences with recruitment projects at any level in any organization essential.
• Demonstrated experiences effectively and proactively using social media, recruitment service agency, Recruitment website (International and local) recruiting.
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)
• Strong knowledge of CV screening skill, analysis skill and shortlist at all level in business.
• Strong experiences with behavioral based interviewing, interview question format and assessment techniques for all level in organization.
• Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting work.
• Experiences of creatively managing cost effective supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the business, contemporary trends and practices in talent resourcing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and management skills
• Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in English skill, computer skills and HRIS Database skill.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduated, MBA or International Diploma in HR Management.
• At Least (5) years’ experiences of related fields.
• Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
• Proficient in English skill, computer skills and HRIS Database skill.
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Knowledge of global best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
