• Provide the recruitment support for the Unilever Myanmar across all functions including all aspects of recruitment process, sourcing channels, interviewing, reference checking, and offers.
• Develop relationships with line managers to fulfill their staffing needs in all functions and all levels.
• Ensure the tools to deliver the recruitment functions related to the assessment and selection of external candidates and ensure the on-boarding process are in place. For example, relocation management, open job posting, employee referral program, and diversity recruitment.
• Plan, execute and deliver the recruitment services as per defined KPIs.
• Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests.
• Accurate recording and tracking of all relevant recruitment requirements, including support the execution of attraction strategies.
• Provide relevant details to HRS Manager for the offer production and negotiate terms & conditions, including remuneration package to the successful candidates.
• Provide the details of successful candidates to Thailand team for the contract of employment production
• Manage candidate care throughout the process including overseeing issue of offer letter, including medical check-up process.
• Support HR Services team to educate/ redirect line managers in following transformed recruitment and other HR Services processes.
• Control 3rd party employees’ services provider to deliver resources as required by business, including HR issues coordination.
• Implement accurate and timely reward related employee changes to management, provide the movement report.
• Conduct admin of recruitment activities including reviewing the job requisition, determining the best method to source candidates, activating appropriate sourcing channels, screening candidates using application reviews and telephone interviews, short-listing candidates, coordinating interviews for Line Managers, communicating feedback and other information to candidates, advising relevant departments and new employee on “Day One” activities.

• Oversee all recruitment process activity to ensure the service is delivered to country line / customer in accordance with the SoW and agreed SLA’s
• Co-ordinate collection, collation and reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs
• Manage/administer employee referral systems, and similar internal announcement processes.
