Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Check all branches required accessories mentioned in standard branch checklist documents as per standard
-Work closely with Regional Risk Officer and Head of Departments, to provide value added risk information to assist the business in achieving quality asset growth
-Corporate with credit underwriting team with keen focus
-Motivates and train branch staffs in his/her assigned region to increase efficiency and excellence performance
-Closely work with Head of Business and Channels to ensure to follow all policy changes
-To guidance all branches’ Credit about market, Industry/ sector, different credit related issues, police related issues and update -Unsecured Loan Portfolio time to time. Tracking on overall operations of the area and all respective branch offices by Monthly Basis; monitor branch performance such as portfolio quality, capacity of LO/TO/ABM/BM/RO based on standard case load.
Provide guidance & coordinate training with relevant concern time to time for smooth operation as well as for quality asset growth
-Present internal and external audits for their respective area when conducting audit-debriefing meeting.
-Must physically visit to branches in every month do surprise check to the collection points and client’s business.
-Any other issues/assignments related to given by the authority

Job Requirements

-Any university degree.
-Minimum 5 years working experience in micro-finance.
-Minimum5 Years management experience and managing on several teams.
-Experience supervising staff
-Good communication, coordination, monitoring and planning skills
-Ability to communicate in English and local language highly desirable
-Excellent interpersonal, supervision, planning and monitoring skills required
-Must be able to work independently and make decisions
-Must be strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
-Ability to travel throughout Myanmar and willingly to take responsible in any assigned area of as necessary.
