o Check all branches required accessories mentioned in standard branch checklist documents as per FFMCL standard.
o Report to Head of Business and Channels related Business works for his/her assign area.
o Representing the FFMCL to coordination with other MFIs, local authorities and governments officials in area and township levels and Regional Financial Regulatory Department.
o Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedure and external regulatory requirements.
o Ensure of maintenance of turn around time.
o Work closely with Regional Risk Officer and Head of Departments, to provide value added risk information to assist the business in achieving quality asset growth
o Corporate with credit underwriting team with keen focus
o Motivates and train branch staffs in his/her assigned region to increase efficiency and excellence performance
o Follow up with FFMCL in audit related issues of Business
o Coordination with data verification branch for ensures quality report and maintains turnaround time.
o Participation for conducting refresher training, establishment of new branch offices and staff selection and trainings as required and necessary.
o Participate and discuss with strong strategy for the area’s sustainability in BM review weekly monthly/quarterly meeting.
o Closely work with Head of Business and Channels to ensure to follow all policy changes.
o Liaison with all branches in FFMCL for update credit history of client, information of industry & market of default borrower & other default related issues.
o To guidance all branches’ Credit about market, Industry/ sector, different credit related issues, police related issues and update Unsecured Loan Portfolio time to time.
o Tracking on overall operations of the area and all respective branch offices by Monthly Basis; monitor branch performance such as portfolio quality, capacity of LO/TO/ABM/BM/RO based on standard case load.
o Provide guidance & coordinate training with relevant concern time to time for smooth operation as well as for quality asset growth
o Present internal and external audits for their respective area when conducting audit-debriefing meeting.
o Strong coordination across different departments from FFMCL.
o Must physically visit to branches in every month do surprise check to the collection points and client’s business.
o Any other issues/assignments related to given by the authority

o Any university degree.
o Minimum FIVE years working experience in micro-finance.
o Minimum FIVE Years management experience and managing on several teams.
o Experience supervising staff
o Good communication, coordination, monitoring and planning skills
o Ability to communicate in English and local language highly desirable
o Excellent interpersonal, supervision, planning and monitoring skills required
o Must be able to work independently and make decisions
o Must be strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
o Ability to travel throughout Myanmar and willingly to take responsible in any assigned area of FFMCL as necessary.
