JOB PURPOSE
The role act as a major coordinator between branch sales support manager from head office and SME specialists from branches in achieving monthly sales target, identifying & capturing new market opportunities as well as improving overall operational performance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Drive sales through SME specialists from assigned regions to achieve monthly sales target
 Identify new market opportunities, approach potential clients to occupy bigger market portion in relation to competitors
 Build strong relationship with regional and branch managers, coordinate with them to solve customers’ difficulties in applying the loan
 Collaborate with SME specialists from branches to identify operational issues & resolve them in timely manner
 Monitor branches SME specialist’ performance, report to management in timely manner and recommend action plan
 Engage with customers to understand their challenges in loan application process, shorten assessment period and enhance overall customers’ satisfaction

Experience & Skills
Essential
 Ability to adapt quickly in an evolving environment
 Strong will and motivation to deliver monthly and yearly targets
 Field experience or is comfortable with site visits and marketing visits
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and the capability to interact with all types of customers
 Analytical skills; able to research and process information
 Ability to work under pressure
 Ability to work in team
 Problem solving skills
 High level of professionalism

Education & Special Training
Essential
 Tertiary qualifications in sales and marketing, business or related fields such as Diploma in sales and marketing, Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications
 Basic competency in computer (MS Office – Excel, Word) and Email

Experience
Essential
 Previous working experience is bonus
 Fresh graduates are also welcome

Languages
Essential
 Fluent in Myanmar language; reading, writing, speaking and listening
Desirable
 Conversational English proficiency would be beneficial
