Preparing Vacancy Announcement and sourcing
Collecting application, arranging for interviewing together with HR Manager.
Maintain and update candidates information and personal profile
Call shortlisted candidates.
Collect requirement documents in personal profile.
Background checking for candidates who passed the interview.
Able to handle SSB process and employment contract process.
Perform other responsibilities when required.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor`s Degree is required
2-3 years experience in HR field.
Possessing an HR diploma or certificate would be an advantage.
Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
Knowledge of Labour Law.
Fluent in English( Speaking and Written).
Good personality and negotiation.
