1. Should be Proficient in the management of network up-time of all customers as per service level agreements, asset management including Preventive & corrective maintenance, energy management including security management.
2. Expertise in handling OME’s, SME’s, vendor management & getting delivery as per service level agreements.
3. Capable of handling weekly/ monthly governance review with customers on performance & ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
4. Customer focused approach with the complete alignment of all stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction & improvement.
5. Expertise in handling Business operations, cost optimization & profit & loss.
6. Expertise in handling larger teams with 50 to 120 people with the high focus on delivery along with a focus on team motivation & development in different roles in the organization.
7. High Focus on Operational excellence with help from Technology/ Automation, Opex cost reduction for operation & maintenance of cell Sites , use of alternate energy initiates for cost optimization &Asset care with timely preventive & corrective maintenance.
