● Provide value added risk information to assist the business in achieving quality asset growth
● Work closely with Head of Business and Channels
● Trains and motivates branch staff in his/her assigned region
● Must visit to branches in every month do surprise check

Job Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in microfinance and management
