- Manage & lead the regional field force to build good Huawei brand image, do an effective job on daily sales to achieve the sell-through, sell out units target.
- Manage key retailer shop relationship, develop the key shop in-store Huawei share.
- Coach & develop the field force team; coordinate Huawei field force and distributor team to do efficient sell through.
- Expertise in consumer demands; vigilant on the market trends & have good market insights.
