Responsibilities
The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing, developing & achieving the Regional KPIs in one state or region while managing Area Managers, Branch Managers & branch staff. He /She will be responsible to identify new opportunities in the region, collecting market information & provides information for expansions & product development. While leading the region he/she will engaged in supervising / assessing the individual performances of Area Managers, Branch Managers & branch staff, carry out client drop out surveys, problem solving, visiting branches & clients, delinquency management, Managing & developing a quality regional loan portfolio by promoting the loan products, meeting with external stakeholders, preparing regional business forecast & monitoring the companies processes / guidelines are implemented in branches under his/her purview.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirement

 Completed a degree from a University and having additional qualifications would be an advantage.
 Having minimum of 10 years’ experience in Microfinance Industry and at least 3 years in Managerial position and handling 3-5 Branches/ teams.
 Ability to travel & work in any above mentioned region or state.
 Excellent knowledge in credit evaluation& delinquency management& loan approvals.
 Excellent knowledge in portfolio & people management
 Good knowledge in Microfinance regulations & processed.
 Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
 Strong problem solving & decision making skills.
 Ability to communicate in English and Local language.
 Ability to travel & work in any above mentioned region or state.
 Age over 30 years.
