Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

*Over all region Field Maintenance responsibility along with MS field team management. Person required for Datacentre Maintenance, FTK site Maintenance, Authority engagement and Governance along with MS partner. Single SPOC in MDY for ACS Operation to have coordination and Governance for OSP and towerco.

* Independent decision making authority for regional field services in sync with FLM manager and Head of Operation

• Over all Operation Governance of MDY region.
• Responsible for Field and Datacentre Operation of MDY.
• Governance of MS partner for signed delivery in terms of SLA and KPI.
• Restoration of faults within required SLA by pushing Towerco and OSP.
• Responsible all Energy pass through management for MDY region.
• Weekly summaries the Operation of MDY region to central FLM manager and Head of operation.

Job Requirements

• Field Maintenance: 4 Year minimum
• Datacentre Handling: 1-year Minimum
• Spare part and SLA/KPI management: 2 Year Minimum
• Vendor Management & Governance Exp: 3 Years Minimum
• Should have good communication skill for vendor and partner management.
• Strong local field staff handling to ensure timely delivery.
• Good hands on experience for Operation and present to his immediate supervisor.
• Cross function handling skill to ensure all stakeholder engagement and resolution.
• Able to have good communication with regional technology, rollout, planning and marketing and sales team.
