• Over all Operation Governance of Mandalay region.
• Responsible for Field and Data Centre Operation of Mandalay
• Governance of MS partner for signed delivery in terms of SLA and KPI
• Restoration of faults within required SLA by pushing Towerco and OSP
• Responsible all Energy pass through management for Mandalay region
• Weekly summaries the Operation of Mandalay region to central field maintenance manager and Head of Operation

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Field Maintenance
• Minimum 1 year of Data Centre Handling
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Spare part and SLA/KPI management
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Vendor Management & Governance Experience
