* Working Days (Mon to Sat)
* Build and maintaining client relations
* Manage, mentor, and lead sales team members and handling of Lower Myanmar.
* Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
* Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
* Oversee Day to Day Sales Monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market.
* Stay up to date on current market trends.
* Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
* Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue
* Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Job Requirements

* Any Bachelor’s Degree holder
* 5 year of working experiences in fertilizer Field.
* Oversee Day to Day Sales Monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market.
* Stay up to date on current market trends.
* Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
* Good Command in English(Verbal, Writing)
