The role holder is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs targeted toward existing and new customers. The role will primarily responsible for the sales target for the region.Key Roles & Responsibilities Identify the market and formulate marketing strategy for bank products Develop branch specific sales actions plans under the region Drive Branch sales teams to achieve the targets Conduct special campaigns to drive sales / create leads Provide sales training to the branch staff as and when required Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities in the region Establishes and maintains relationship with key customers , key strategic partners in the region Meets with key customers, assisting sales team / Branch Manager with maintain relationships and negotiating and closing deals Monitor branch performance on daily basis and take corrective action as and when required
Business related degree holder or equivalent from reputed organization At least 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (with 2 years in a managerial capacity) Experience in developing and leading a high performance team to exceed targets Strategic thinking and insights-driven decision making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Strong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplined Leads, adapts to and embraces constant change Fluent in written and spoken English
