- Effective management of multiple sales representatives to develop and maintain a tactical account territory sales plan.- Research the markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon customer needs and spending habits.- Monitoring product penetrating and customer reactions through focus groups and market research.- Managing all aspects of brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible.- Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.- Meet sales targets and generate profitable revenue by working with existing customer base and establishing new customer base.- Identify, nurture and develop strong relationships with key personnel within the industries.
Education - Any Graduate (Master or Diploma in Sales/Marketing Management is preferred.)Must have over 5 years in B2B Sales Must have strong analytical and project management skills.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.Must have excellent communication & presentation skills and deep understanding of marketing principles.Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as IT skills.
