1) Manage to achieve sales target for all Regional Sub Distributors Areas
2) To manage all Regional Sales Supervisors and Executives
3) Able to communicate well in positive way to nationwide Sub Distributors
4) Organize to establish excellent network and communication among Sub Distributors and Company Departments
5) 70% of time to travel all up country areas.
6) Working out for all Sales Achievements, Display, Loyalty and other sales supportive activities.
7) Hunting and Appointing new Sub Distributors
8) Working out all Markets & Sub Distributors' update in prompt and proactive manner
9) Participate in cross working function to support Regional Sales Development

Job Requirements

1) University Graduate
2) Good Computer Skills in excel and power point
3) 4 Skills of English
4) At least ( 7) years of experience in Regional Sales Management and ( 3) Years as a Manager Role .
5) Well experience in Sub Distributor Management in FMCG Sales alongside Myanmar.
6) Very good knowledge about Myanmar Nationwide FMCG Geography and Connection.
7) Good Leading Skill with positive attitude
8) Honest, Hard working , Good team Player and Result Driven person
