* Service အပိုင္းအား ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ တာဝန္ယူႏိုင္ရမည္။

* မိမိလက္ေအာက္ရွိ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားအား စီမံအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။

* Service Yearly Way Plan ႏွင့္ Spareparts Yearly Need Plan မ်ားကုိေရးဆြဲႏုိင္ရမည္။

* Microsoft Word, Excel ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာအသုံးျပဳႏုိင္ရမည္။
* ဘြဲ႔ရ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
* Service Manager အေတြ႔ၾကံဳ (၃)ႏွစ္ႏွင့္အထက္ရွိရမည္။
* အသက္(၃၀)ႏွစ္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။
* English 4 Skills Basic တတ္ကၽြမ္းရမည္။
* Leadership & Mangement Diploma (Local or Oversea)လက္မွတ္ရွိရမည္။
* လုိအပ္ပါက ခရီးထြက္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
* ေရရွည္လုပ္ကုိင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
* မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕တြင္ လုပ္ကုိင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
