An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Estimate details for quotations and proposals such as quantities and cost of buildings, materials and labor for project.
-Able to prepare tender documents, design and technical specification for tenders.
-Prepare architectural and structural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
-Direct, lead and support to other engineering and skilled personal in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
-Responsibilities for daily site supervision, daily management of the schedules and planning for materials, machines and manpower/workmanship.
-Ensured that the work was carried in accordance with the health, safety and environment regulation.

-Registered Senior Engineer(Construction)
-Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
-Auto Cad 2D & 3D
-Revit
-Safe
-E-Tab
-Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
-Internet & Email
-Working Experiences must be 6 years.
-Proficient in English speaking and writing
-Strong Interpersonal Skill and team work
-Self-motivated and Supervisory skills
-Can be able to work in other city.
