> Take initiative to settle regulatory issues with strategy insights> Responsible for overseeing all operational areas pertaining to Regulatory Management including Regulatory Licensing, Regulatory Policy & Compliance, Networks, Spectrum Management, Number and Quality of Service Etc…> Support, Monitor and advocate internal solutions concerning all regulatory operational issues such as on Quality of service, Numbering and Spectrum Management.> Review on daily basis requirements issued by Regulatory as related to information – data or complaints and prepare appropriate response.> Support the business by providing information and guidance on all issues related to Regulatory.> Support Technical team on Quality standard unites to address Quality of service compliance reporting.> Assist and communicate regulatory compliance policy within the various business units and evaluate the impacts.> Define and defend regulatory and compliance policy positions.> Establish communication regularly with the Regulator.
> 5 years of Telecom Experience.> Experience with Telecom Operators / Telecom Regulatory Authorities.> Through understanding of technical and operational aspects of communications networks.> Fluent in English.> Experience in Strategy building.> High Level of Communication & Negotiation Skill.
