Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Create spreadsheets and provide data analysis, as requested.
• Generate PowerPoint Presentations for meetings with clients and prospects and ensure they are KBZ MS brand compliant.
• Send out submissions and final documents when needed by the Department Head.
• Work with other related departments (Claims, UW) as needed.
• Attend and participate in meetings with Brokers and Reinsurers.
• Organize and manage reinsurer and client interactions.
• Analyze insurance risks on a portfolio level in order to mitigate downside risk and improve capital efficiency.
• Comply with external and internal regulatory and statutory policies, procedures and regulations.
• Research on industry topics and the development of content to be shared with prospects and for
• Review, check and gather insurance and legal documentation and reflect corresponding terms and conditions into the systems
• Review insurance documentations for accuracy and completeness
• Create and maintain electronic records following established guidelines and processes
• Make sure the data entered have supporting documentation attached
• Maintain and update the risk information

• Any Graduate
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts (Statistics is a plus)
• Excellent work ethic and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Innovative thinker and creative problem solver.
• Self-starter and takes initiative.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills (Proven Public Speaking and Presentation Skills a plus).
• Proficient with Information Technology, particularly Microsoft Office Products particularly MS-Excel and Power-Point.
• Excellent Time Management skills.
