Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Responsible to achieve yearly target (Monthly, quarterly and annually)
- To identify potential agents, select, recruit, onboard, train and continuous support them
- Engage and build strong relationship with sales and distribution channels to enhance cooperation and commitment to drive modern trade business volumes and growth
- Initiate, develop, execute, manage and drive sales and promotional campaigns
- Analyze monthly performance report and share the findings with all stakeholders to reach setting targets (Volumes and Numbers)
- Review and analyze all tracking reports and take actions if it's need to be done
- Ensure established procedures, processes
- Lead, manage, coach, guide and motivate staff towards result oriented team
- Conduct sales training to all stakeholders by timely manner
- Ensures all KPIs with all stakeholders to reach expectation
- Prepare business performance report to management on regular basis
- Fully assist to Line Manager which would be align with company's goals

Job Requirements

- MBA or Master Degree
- Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration Marketing or related disciplines)
- Age between 35 and 45
- Minimum 5 years in Manager Level
- Experience in Banking Products sales and promotions and relationship manager in banking industry
- Be able to spoken English
- Advance computer skill on MS office.
- Willing to travel
