- Manage All Rental Process Workflow- Manage rental check in/out process with pictures to ensure 100% compliance- Coordinate equipment availability with service departments- Maintain and provide release numbers before machines are moved- Coordinate all rental deliveries and returns- Coordinate equipment transfers between companies- Maintain records on all rental equipment, monitoring location and condition of all equipment at all branches.- Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management. - Work with all departments to ensure quality of customer service.
- Bachelor degree- Proficient knowledge of heavy equipment industry- Deep knowledge of equipment rental business model- Excellent communication skills
