o Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
o Salary up to 2500 USD

The Role

● Perform comparative market analysis and research to estimate properties’ value.
● Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lender and contractor.
● Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Job Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience in real estate’s research field.
● Bachelor Degree holder.
● Good command of English is a must.
● Able to generate reports based on analysis for free publications and specific paid research activities.
