• Organizing and managing residence operation team & utility systems of residence (electricity, generator, water supply, etc….) are operating smoothly
• Handling monthly utility bills
• Improve & maintain residence environment and residence properties in good condition
• Monitor the service quality of contractors and suppliers
• Supervise day to day for residence housekeeping
• Build up good relation between residence guests and company
• Corresponding with unit owners and property management

Job Requirements

- Age: above 30 yrs old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years supervision experiences in Property Management, Residence Housekeeping, Administration and Customer Service fields.
- Good command in both written & spoken English and Burmese
- Good Coordinating among team members
- Ability to solve unexpected problems in an appropriate manners and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting
