The responsibilities of a hotel resident manager vary depending on the size and amenities of the hotel in which they work. Generally, they are responsible for the daily operation of the hotel, which includes managing and directing other personnel such as housekeeping, administration and security. They may also be responsible for hiring and training staff.

Other duties that may be part of a resident manager's job, depending on the hotel, can range from setting room rates and approving expenditures, to ensuring that customer service standards are met. Since resident managers live in the hotels where they work, they are required to be available 24 hours per day in order to respond to emergencies.

Job Requirements

Any graduate with Hotel Management Diploma or Master in related field
Minimum 5 years experiences in related field
Fluent in English 4 skills.
Handles and resolves all guest queries and complaints.
Able to train the team and people development skills.
Excellency in Communication, Leading and Inter-personal skills.
Familiar with Hotel operation software system.
Good knowledge in computer skill.
