Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the day to day operations of the Resort in accordance with resort’s policy, vision and mission
- Classify of staff levels, duties, responsibilities of departments and ensuring that work flows are in logical and good orders through the establishment of Job Descriptions for each position
- Manage to strike a balance between customer satisfaction and business management, ensuring financial viability and facilitate a smooth running customer service
- Emphasize on the cost control of every departments in order to run on profit maximization concepts
- Assign special duties and responsibilities to concerning Head Of Departments according to the requirements in guest requests and for the improvement of hotel operations.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate
- Age above 35 years
- At least 5 years experience in hotel management field
- Interpersonal Skills: Being calm and direct in a stressful situation and being able to communicate with many different types of people
- Leadership: Hotel managers need to be able to motivate their employees, resolve issues and complaints from guests
