- Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the day to day operations of the Resort in accordance with resort’s policy, vision and mission- Classify of staff levels, duties, responsibilities of departments and ensuring that work flows are in logical and good orders through the establishment of Job Descriptions for each position- Manage to strike a balance between customer satisfaction and business management, ensuring financial viability and facilitate a smooth running customer service- Emphasize on the cost control of every departments in order to run on profit maximization concepts- Assign special duties and responsibilities to concerning Head Of Departments according to the requirements in guest requests and for the improvement of hotel operations.
- Any graduate- Age above 35 years- At least 5 years experience in hotel management field- Interpersonal Skills: Being calm and direct in a stressful situation and being able to communicate with many different types of people- Leadership: Hotel managers need to be able to motivate their employees, resolve issues and complaints from guests
