* To lead all aspects of the business and deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
* To ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
* To set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
* Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
* Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
* To ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

* Age - 30 to 40
* Minimum 5 or 7 years experience at F&B
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must have Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
* Good knowledge in Hygienic and Food safety.
* Preferred have experience in Thai, Chinese, Japanese and European food cuisine .
