➢ Taking reservation and provide restaurant information to the guests.
➢ Assign tables for reservation and sharing reservation information to the colleagues.
➢ Create a welcoming atmosphere when guest arrive to the restaurant or even in the phone.
➢ Ready to answer any questions about the restaurant operation and menu.
➢ Meet and greet the guest with smile.
➢ Clarify reservation and ask guest table preference.
➢ Always check around guest satisfaction.
➢ Try to talk to guests to make them feel at home and encourage repeat business.
➢ Handle complaints professionally and inform manager about the complaints.
➢ Sharing comments, complaints and guest information to colleagues.
➢ Must be check all staff groomed, positive attitude, hospitable, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
➢ To ensure that table is always laid out in accordance with the standard.
➢ To ensure that side stations are fully stocked.
➢ Check all staff are follow up according to standard sequent in a professional efficient and courteous manner.
➢ Perform any other tasks assign by management.
➢ Give the briefing to the staff if you have any important information.
➢ Use the delegation skill to be all job done.
➢ Check the all guest are happy or not.
➢ Report any important information to the management.
➢ Push all staff when the guest arrive to use the up selling skill.
➢ Perform all manager’s duty assign when the manager absent or not free.
