Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Handle merchandising budgeting, credit control , accounting , inventory and expense
-Employ,train,develop, supervise and terminate personnel in a retail location
-Provide quality service within acceptable productivity ratios
-Direct and perform fieldwork , including selling , and building good will
-Operate the business for adequate return on investment to keep it financially sound
-Responsible and accountable for all environmental and safety compliance at retail
-Maintain good relations with local civic leaders, patrons and board, keep the company image at a very high level in the community
-Handle all complaints promptly and thoroughly
-Responsible for budget compliance
-Responsible for management of branch merchandise
-Build relationships with suppliers and customers
-Directly report to Sales Manager and if necessary to reporting to Management
-Collect the data from branches and prepare reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
-All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

-(2~3) Years in Sales/ Retails & Outlets supervising
-A bachelor's degree in any related subject and Sales & Marketing is preferred
-Microsoft office , Email, PowerPoint and others
-Outstanding communication skills , both verbal written (English)
-A high sense of urgency and ability to multitask with proactive attitude
