-Develop and lead strategies for retails to ensure achievement of target - Supervise the overall operation to ensure cost effective and quality store operations - Management of affiliate programs, retail tactical promotions and other partners to grow potential channels - Manage & improve the commercial performance of the stores and shop front by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability. - Manage Floor salesman team as the assigned business, dealing with overall staffing issues. Major parts of the job on a day-to-day basis include managing staffs, finding new ways to improve sales, and meeting customer demand. - Monitor and manage operating costs by defined geography to maximize contribution

Job Requirements

-10 years as senior level retail or channel management experience in a fast-paced including key accounts and general trade, in competitive retail management companies - Proven ability to lead, train and develop associates by practicing a hands-on management style - To be the retail market expert for various retailers and maintain a positive working relationship with management, clients, and customers - Demonstrate ability to work well under stress and handle potential difficult situations with customers and associates. - Flexibility to work in multiple areas in the market and the ability to relocate is highly preferred to ensure promotional opportunities. - Proven track record in development and implementation of sales strategies, delivering revenue and sales goals Strong in trading terms negotiation and numeric presentation - Solid experience in category management implementation in key chains P&L responsibilities - Strong analytical ,problem solving and organizational skills, Excellent communication ,Prioritizing and must be able to handle multiple priorities - Excellent of both spoken & written English and computer literate
