- Familiar with ordering stock and inventory check
- Knows how to supervise staff and motivate them to sell more merchandise/upsell
- Increase conversion rate (Number of customers who come into the store vs. number of customers who buy something)
- Has experience using strategies to boost sales
- Well versed in English and have at least 2 years of experience in respective field.
