Under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors the Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Sets sales target and develops sales plans to reach these targets
• Understands customer requirements and proposes the right products
• Builds and promotes strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Manages the sales team and develops improvement plans in order to achieve the set sale targets
• Reports directly to the Board of Directors for on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Job Requirements

• University degree in relevant commercial or business subject
• Post graduate diploma in Marketing Management
• Minimum 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in managerial level
• Excellent command of the English and Myanmar language (oral and written)
• Excellent people management skills and customer service skills
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, sociability and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge in the preparation & implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies
