- Sales & Performance analysis, identity growth trends ,opportunities and area of weaknesses in sales along with proposed corrective actions.
- Set Sale Strategies to achieve the Sales target of dealers /customers as assigned.
- Idebtity new opportunities to increase sales channels.
- Develop and build strong business relationship with prospective customers in various channels as assigned to optimize quality of service,business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze root cause of each area and recommend suggestions to improve sales target.
- Monitor Sales Team performance and coach them to enchace their productivity to achieve sales target and expand TOA's product line at the company agreement level.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree of Adminstration, Economy, Business Administration or related fields
- Project Selling & Managing experience not lower than 5 years with preferrably from decorative paint business.
- Qualified techniques to solve problems and making decisions.

- Excellent 4 skill in English Language.
- Leadership skills , team development and project management.
- Result-oriented with high integrity in Sales Profession.
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication.
- Computer literacy (MS word, excel, powerpoint, E-mail).
- Owning vehicle is a plus.
- Understand business direction and strategy planning.
