- Set Sale Strategies to achieve the Sales target of dealers/customers as assigned.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales channels.
- Develop and build strong business relationship with prospective customers in various channels as assigned to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the root cause of each area and recommend suggestions to improve sales target.
- Monitor Sales Team performance and coach them to enhance their productivity to achieve sales target and expand TOA's product line at the company agreement level.
- Planning to solve customers that have financial problems to avoid and less damage to the company.
- Managing the financial aspects of the customers to be in the period and the amount approved by the company.
- - Maintain good relationships with existing customers to increase market share.
- Keep close contact with key customer and respond to market changes through monitoring competitors activities and customer needs to secure a thorough understanding of the business and challenges and to stay ahead of competition.
- Manpower planning for future project expansion.
- Organizing activities and training for personnel development.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree of Administration, Economy, Business Administration or related fields
- Project Selling & Managing experience not lower than 5 years with preferably from decorative paint business.
- Qualified techniques to solve problems and making decisions.
- Excellent 4 skill in English Language.
- Leadership skills , team development .
- Result-oriented with high integrity in Sales Profession
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication
- Computer literacy (MS word, excel, power point, E-mail)
- Owning vehicle is a plus
- Understand business direction and strategy planning
